Corinthia Palace Hotel & Spa Review, Attard, Malta

June 2024 · 1 minute read

The culinary heart of the hotel is in the original elegant villa, where sofas and bar tables invite refined relaxation. The terrace flanks the original columned entrance, providing the option of al fresco dining at every meal. By day, you can also eat out by the pool or on the poolside terrace of the Summer Kitchen. Breakfast consists of a fresh fruit platter or granola, a tasty bakery basket (Maltese bread, croissants, rolls, pastries) and a hot buffet.

The hotel’s two lunch and dinner restaurants have been combined into one in the villa. You can order from a small all-day Mediterranean-international menu or the Rickshaw menu of Eastern cuisine – some of the best of which comes before you even begin; their prawn crackers are supremely crispy and excessively moreish.

In autumn 2021, Bahia restaurant, with its delicious Mediterranean-fusion cuisine which has earned a Michelin star, will be moving into a space within the villa at the Corinthia. This will up the food offering significantly.

During Covid, the breakfast buffet lids are kept down and a member of staff serves.
