Evan Turner's NBA contracts and endorsements

Turner signed his rookie contract with the Philadelphia 76ers in 2010, who gave him a four-year $21.5 million contract. In the same year, NBC reported that he had also signed an undisclosed amount, multiple-year endorsement deal with Chinese apparel maker Li Ning.

In 2014, the veteran player signed a two-year mid-level exception deal at $3.278 million per year with the Boston Celtics. But his most lucrative payday came in 2016 when he agreed to move on from the Boston Celtics, signing a four-year $70 million contract with the Portland Trail Blazers.

His time with the Blazers started off well but things quickly went south for the then-30-year-old Ohio State alumni as he was pushed off from the starting lineup by Maurice Harkless. His struggles continued when he still could not produce valuable minutes with the second unit, eventually being traded to the Atlanta Hawks who retained him in 2019 for $11 million before retiring in 2020.

After retirement, Turner joined the Boston Celtics as an assistant coach. He stayed with the organization for only one year and left in 2021 when the Celtics brought in new head coach, Ime Udoka.

Evan Turner currently hosts the Point Forward podcast with Andre Iguodala and it has two seasons under its belt. He earned 98.2 million throughout his NBA career. Although he may not have signed multiple huge NBA contracts, he continues to do well for himself.
